MONDAY AGENDA & FRIDAY FEEDBACK - Don't forget to send me your Monday Agenda and Friday Feedback!
FIELD TRIP - Our next field trip is to the Rice Museum on Tuesday, March 15 from 9:00-12:00. I have already had 5 parents volunteer to chaperone and I would love to have a few more. Please let me know if you'd like to attend. Please arrive at HOA by 8:15, we will be leaving in the big yellow school bus at 8:30. Make sure to pack a sack lunch for you and your student(s). We will be returning to HOA around 12:30.
SQUID DISSECTION - I wanted to give you all a heads us about a special face-to-face class we will be having on March 28-29. We will be dissecting squid, so if your student has a sensitivity to this type of activity, please know that it is okay to just watch or not attend class that day. I handle all dissection activities with respect and teach students to do the same. I will be needing 5-6 parents each day who would like to come and lead a group of students through an easy-to-follow packet. Please let me know if you'd like to come and help. We have invited our superintendent, Mike Scott, to participate on Tuesday as well! (Also, we will not be frying and eating the squid this year.)
