MIDDLE SCHOOL PREVIEW NIGHTS - The middle school preview nights in Hillsboro are all finished. If you are a sixth grade parent and your student is interested in attending one of our 4 brick and mortar middle schools (Evergreen, Brown, Poynter, or South Meadows) next year, please contact the respective school's counselor for more details. If your student will be attending HOA for 7th grade and you haven't already filled out a forecasting sheet for next year, please contact our counselor, Brandi Tarrell, [email protected] to make an appointment.
SBAC (STATE TESTING) - Here is the link for more information on state testing, including opting out. Please check it out and let me know if you have any questions. If you are unsure if your student should be here for testing on Monday, please email me. If your student has been opted out, please do not send them to regular face-to-face class at 9:00. They are welcome to join their classmates for lunch, or come for electives.

THURSDAY SCHEDULE CHANGE - In one more week, Lacrosse Club will be over for the year. In its place, we will be offering another Sphero Club for students who were not able to participate this last time, due to numbers. (Please note-This means the 10:00-11:00 PE/club time will not be offered beginning in May.) We will also be bringing back Scratch for any students interested in computer coding. If your student is interested in Sphero Club and didn't have a chance to participate last time, please reply to this email so I can get an idea of numbers. Thanks! See below for the new Thursday schedule for May-June:
